Pystytkö tekemään päivittäiset toiminnot itsenäisesti (esim. Pukeutuminen / peseytyminen / syöminen)? Kerro, mikä onnistuu itse, mikä avustettuna ja mitä tehdään puolestasi. / Is the patient independent in doing daily activities? *
